Adoption of Hybrid VCB - The number of parts in the operating mechanism has been reduced by 85% compared to our conventional models, and by employing solid lubrication in all sliding parts, we have achieved grease-free operation, enhancing reliability and safety. - The reduction in the number of parts and the grease-free design have improved maintainability, realizing optimal Life Cycle Management (LCM). Safety - Safety is ensured by housing the main circuit equipment, including busbars, within a grounded, robust metal container. - It uses non-flammable SF6 gas insulation. - Even if the gas pressure drops to atmospheric pressure, the insulation performance that withstands system voltage has been confirmed. Maintainability The adoption of the hybrid VCB has reduced inspection work and extended inspection cycles. Environmental Considerations By optimizing the layout design of the storage equipment and reducing gas pressure, the amount of SF6 gas used has been decreased by 14% compared to conventional models, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
