Overview The insulation technology of C-GIS is combined with the technology of Hy-VCB, achieving high reliability and low maintenance. Adoption of Hybrid VCB - The number of components in the operating mechanism has been reduced by 85% compared to our conventional models, and by adopting solid lubrication for all sliding parts, we have achieved a grease-free design, enhancing reliability and safety. - The reduction in the number of components and the grease-free design have improved maintainability, realizing optimal LCM*. *LCM (Life Cycle Management): A concept that addresses asset management according to each process of the lifecycle. Safety - Safety is ensured by housing the main circuit equipment, including busbars, within a grounded, robust metal container. - It uses non-flammable SF6 gas insulation. - Even if the gas pressure drops to atmospheric pressure, insulation performance that withstands system voltage has been confirmed. Maintainability The adoption of the hybrid VCB has achieved a reduction in inspection work and an extension of inspection cycles. Environmental Considerations By optimizing the layout design of the housing equipment and reducing gas pressure, the usage of SF6 gas has been reduced by 14% compared to conventional models, contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.
